Cognitive screening on any smartphone. ~10 minutes. 187 biomarkers from 10 signal streams.

**How it works:**
1. Patient speaks for 30 seconds → 40 acoustic biomarkers (jitter, shimmer, prosody, pause)
2. Eye/iris tracking from phone camera → saccade latency, antisaccade errors
3. Facial micro-expression analysis → action units, asymmetry
4. Cognitive tasks (language-free, picture/colour/numeral-based) → memory, attention, executive function
5. Optional: gait, typing, tremor, pupil, EEG, balance

**Core innovation:** Acoustic features are properties of the vocal tract, NOT vocabulary. They shift years before symptoms. Work identically in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, English — any language. Competitors score WHAT you say (English-only). Zero Dementia scores HOW you say it.
