Zero Dementia is a clinical decision support tool that screens for cognitive impairment using multimodal signals captured from a smartphone. The core innovation: acoustic biomarkers (jitter, shimmer, prosody, pause structure) are properties of the vocal tract, not vocabulary — they shift years before symptoms appear and work identically across languages.
