Biotech Wallah Pvt. Ltd. (“Zero Dementia”, “we”, “us”) operates the cognitive screening platform at biotechwallah.com. We are registered in India and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

When you use our screening platform or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact information (name, email, organisation)
• Screening session data (voice recordings, eye movement data, cognitive task responses)
• Device information (for quality assurance of signal capture)
• Usage analytics (anonymised, for platform improvement)

3. How we use your data

• To generate cognitive screening reports for qualified clinicians
• To improve our machine learning models (anonymised data only)
• To respond to pilot and partnership enquiries
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data protection

All screening data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Patient data is stored on servers located in India. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

Screening session data is retained for the duration required by our clinical partners (typically 5 years for medical records). Contact form data is retained for 2 years or until you request deletion.
