1. Acceptance
By accessing biotechwallah.com or using the Zero Dementia platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Nature of the service
Zero Dementia is a clinical decision support tool. It provides screening indicators for a qualified clinician to interpret. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace professional medical judgment.
3. Eligibility
The platform is designed for use by licensed healthcare providers, clinical researchers, hospitals, insurers and pharmaceutical companies. Individual patients access screening only through a deploying institution.
4. Intellectual property
All algorithms, biomarker fusion models, and screening protocols are the intellectual property of Biotech Wallah Pvt. Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
Zero Dementia is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees regarding diagnostic accuracy for any individual patient. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active pilot partners via email.
